# 💳    Subscriptions Privacy Policy

We believe your privacy is important. That's why we only collect the minimum amount of data we need to make our system work. We'll only collect your Discord ID and associate it with the email address you used when purchasing your subscription. We'll also be able to see which payment method you used for your subscription, but we don't have access to your details. We've designed the system to collect the least amount of data possible to respect your privacy. We don't ask for your real name, nor do we ask for a password when purchasing your subscription.

### Refunds

Typical Utility does offer full refunds for Premium subscriptions through Patreon & Stripe within 7 days of purchase. If you would like to transfer your Premium subscription to another Discord server or would like to refund/activate your Premium subscription please contact us [<mark style="color:blue;">via Discord</mark>](https://dsc.gg/typical-support).
